For the summer, Lounge presents a "Summer Afternoon SEA" to represent various aspects of the sea, from its depths and surface to the sea fog.

It is served on a three-tier tray depicting Park Hyatt Busan. The first tier consists of savory menu items made from various types of seafood such as abalone, lobster, salmon and tuna to represent the underwater. The second tier, filled with desserts expressing romance on the sea, offers clam shell-shaped chocolate with a pearl inside, mermaid-shaped sable breton and shell-shaped madeleines, while the third tier, which recreates the thick sea fog surrounding Marine city with dry ice, includes cherry mousse that embodies the hotel's exterior and a cute Dongbaek Island mandarin cream cookie choux.
